is an elected member of the> Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour,                      & a member of the Toronto Watercolour Society, the Orangeville Art  Group,              Country Palette Artists, Brushfire Artists and other  groups. Her paintings, shown in Canada, the U.S.A., Mexico and her native Estonia, range from the (almost) realistic to the whimsical, mostly watercolour but some acrylic and mixed media. Inspiration often comes from recent travels to the Yukon, the Arctic, Africa, Peru and Mongolia. 

Kai-Liis teaches creative, imaginative workshops in watercolour and mixed media. She has taught in Ontario, at the Haliburton School of Arts, and in Southampton. She does workshops as far-flung as new Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI. She also did a demonstration in the Niagara Frontier Watercolour Society in the U.S.A.  Her studio is open for shows, workshops and studio tours or by appointment.
